2. Market Update
Dairy Prices and Market Trends
The dairy market has experienced some fluctuations in Q2. Milk prices are currently at $18.75 per cwt, a slight increase from last quarter. Cheese prices have stabilized at $1.80 per pound, while butter prices have seen a modest rise to $2.30 per pound.

- Seasonal Demand: Increased demand for dairy products during the spring season.
- Global Trade: Positive developments in international trade agreements.
- Feed Costs: Continued high feed costs impacting production expenses.

3. New Projects and Initiatives
Farm Technology Upgrade Program
We are launching a Farm Technology Upgrade Program to support members in adopting the latest farming technologies. This initiative includes grants and low-interest loans for purchasing advanced equipment.
MooLand Education Portal
Introducing the MooLand Education Portal, an online platform offering courses and resources on dairy farming best practices, financial management, and sustainability. Access to the portal is free for all members.
